Megapari Rocket deposit step by step

1. Log in and tap DepositThe green Deposit button in the top-right corner of the site, or the Deposit tab in the app, opens the cashier.
2. Choose RocketTap the purple Rocket tile in the Bangladesh payment grid. It is listed as Rocket or DBBL Rocket depending on the version of the cashier.
3. Enter the amount (from ৳300)Type the amount in BDT and tap Confirm. Minimum ৳300, maximum ৳25,000 per transaction.
4. Note the Rocket number and referenceThe cashier shows a Rocket account number, the exact amount, a reference and a countdown. Rocket rarely uses a gateway page, so expect the manual route.
5. Send money from RocketRocket app: Send Money, enter the number, the amount, the reference, then your PIN. Or dial *322#, choose Send Money and follow the prompts. Send from a Rocket account in your own name.
6. Paste the TrxIDThe transaction ID is in the confirmation SMS from Rocket. Copy it, return to the cashier, paste it into the Transaction ID field and tap Confirm.
7. Wait 5 - 15 minRocket is slower than bKash and Nagad. Leave the tab open; the balance updates on its own. If nothing changes after that, read the section below.

Why Rocket is slower than bKash and Nagad

Rocket is a bank-backed wallet run by Dutch-Bangla Bank. A transfer is settled inside the bank's system, and Megapari's payment partner receives the confirmation from there rather than from an instant API. bKash and Nagad expose a gateway that reports the transaction the moment you enter your PIN. Rocket mostly does not, so nearly every Rocket deposit goes through the manual route: send money, paste the TrxID, and a matching step runs on the partner's side.

That matching step runs in batches rather than continuously, which is why a Rocket deposit can take 5 - 15 min while a bKash deposit takes 1 - 5 min. It also means a wrong TrxID or a rounded amount is caught later, so double-check both before you tap Confirm.

Rocket app or *322#

The Rocket app shows the transaction ID on the success screen, which makes copying it easier. On *322# the ID arrives by SMS only, so keep that message until the deposit is credited. In both cases, put your account ID in the reference field; it helps the partner match the payment if the TrxID is entered wrongly.

Send from a Rocket account in your own name. The sending number is stored with the deposit and compared against your NID at verification. Withdrawals go back to the same Rocket account and take 1 - 24 hours; see the withdrawal guide.

The money has not arrived

First, wait the full 5 - 15 min; deposits that look stuck often clear at the next matching run. Then check three things: the TrxID matches the SMS character for character, the amount sent equals the amount requested, and the timer had not expired when you sent it. If all three are fine, open live chat (24/7, Bengali and English) with the TrxID, amount, Rocket number and time. Keep the SMS; support may ask for a screenshot.
